An experiment with solo voice and webcam chorus, in collaboration with composer Gemma Horbury,
Apollo’s platform gifted Cassandra with prophecy, but cursed her with a userbase who value $AFTERLIFE over listening. Then Cassandra’s yearning to be heard leads her to the fish mesh trap of love, in the hissing House of Atrius. A new work in development, and part of La Mama’s Explorations season, performer Luella Fitz, Designer Deden Bulqini, Cole McKenna and Kat Carrington.
This work is about the intersection of human trafficking and the manipulation of religion. We are just starting out, so come and see this work in it’s very early stages.
