About

I create multi-sensory works of theatre, installation and writing, especially working with sound and voice, and collaborating with artists across forms, languages and perceived abilities. I create art because it makes me feel free and I hope to inspire others to follow their freedom, regardless of what society tells them.  The more people who are comfortable in who they are, the better place the world will be. The more we accept ourselves just as we are, the more freedom we experience. I am thankful to all the mentors, collaborators, friends and my two adult children who have given me courage to continue doing what I love.

Alongside writing for performance, and creating multi-sensory performance works, I also write about nature, healing, advocacy and my family experience of neurodivergence directly in my blog. My life experience has not been straight forward, and am proud that I have found my own way, and I now share this experience in my writing, my theatre, and with a number of people who I mentor.
